Fumani Jwara
Fumani is the Communications and Project Officer for the Centre for Science Communication at Stellenbosch University. His role entails promoting and managing the projects and events that advances the Centre’s mission of science communication for social justice.
Dr Nathalie Viljoen
Nathalie is the Head of Research at the Two Oceans Aquarium Education Foundation and part-time lecturer at UWC and CPUT. As co-lead of the People and Ocean Lab, she drives monitoring, evaluation, and learning initiatives in marine science while fostering the next generation of ocean leaders through research, community engagement, and science communication.
Prof. Marina Joubert
Marina is a senior researcher in the field of science communication at the Centre for Research on Evaluation, Science and Technology (CREST) at Stellenbosch University. Following a career of more than 20 years in science communication practice, she joined Stellenbosch University and was instrumental in establishing the first academic programme in public science communication and public engagement with science in Africa.
